Claire is a highly experienced Pilates Instructor with a background in dance, movement and rehabilitation. Through many years of working closely with the physiotherapy team, she has deepened her understanding of how Pilates can support rehabilitation, recovery and long-term movement health. She teaches matwork classes, one-to-one Pilates and reformer-based sessions, bringing a strong understanding of posture, alignment and movement mechanics to every session.

Her pathway into Pilates began during her professional dance training at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in London, where Pilates formed part of both conditioning and rehabilitation within a fully equipped studio setting. Through that experience, she developed a first-hand understanding of how Pilates can support strength, control, recovery and efficient movement, and this became the foundation of her long-standing passion for the method.

Alongside her movement background, Claire has always been drawn to rehabilitation and physical therapy. In 2015, she completed her Pilates Instructor training with Body Control Pilates and has continued to deepen her knowledge through further study with Body Control Pilates and APPI. Her additional training includes Pre and Postnatal Pilates, Pilates for scoliosis and Pilates for osteoporosis, reflecting her commitment to helping people move well and exercise safely across a wide range of needs and life stages.

Claire has over ten years of teaching experience across Pilates matwork classes and one-to-one sessions. She works with people at many different stages, from those completely new to Pilates to those wanting to improve strength, mobility and movement quality, as well as those returning after injury, surgery or time away from exercise. Her sessions are shaped by a detailed understanding of posture, alignment and the mechanics of movement, with exercises adapted and modified around the individual rather than expecting everyone to fit one model.

Her work also extends beyond Pilates teaching. Claire is a qualified Remedial and Sports Massage Therapist, which adds another layer to her understanding of how bodies move, compensate and recover. She believes strongly that Pilates should be accessible to everybody and focuses on safe progression, clear guidance and helping each person get the most from their movement practice.

How Claire can help Claire supports clients with a wide range of movement, strength and mobility goals. Pilates can be particularly helpful for improving posture and alignment, building strength and flexibility, increasing movement confidence and supporting a safe return to exercise after injury, surgery or time away from activity.

She is particularly well placed to help those who are new to Pilates, looking for more personalised one-to-one support or wanting to work on specific areas such as scoliosis, osteoporosis, pre and postnatal exercise or general movement quality. Her work also suits people who would benefit from reformer-based sessions, seated chair Pilates or a more gradual and tailored approach to building strength and control.

How Claire works Claire’s teaching is tailored to the individual and shaped by experience in both movement training and rehabilitation-focused Pilates. She understands that people come to Pilates for many different reasons, from general strength and mobility to recovery, confidence, posture or more specific physical goals.

New clients are often best starting with a one-to-one session, especially if they are beginners, returning after a break, recovering from injury or surgery or needing a more individualised programme. Exercises are adapted to suit the person in front of her, and her focus is always on helping clients move safely, effectively and with greater confidence.

Her approach is supportive, adaptable and grounded in the belief that Pilates is for everybody. Where Pilates is not the right starting point, Claire and the wider team can help guide the client towards the most appropriate next step.

What to expect Claire offers both group matwork classes and one-to-one sessions. Matwork classes are usually one hour long and include standing and floor-based exercises, often using small equipment. One-to-one sessions are 45 minutes and may be matwork-based, reformer-based or a combination of both, depending on the client’s needs and goals.

Sessions begin with discussion around medical history, previous experience and what the client would like to achieve, allowing Claire to shape the session safely and appropriately. Clients are asked to wear comfortable clothing they can move freely in, with grippy socks for reformer sessions.

Claire’s teaching style is clear, thoughtful and encouraging, helping clients build strength, control and confidence at a pace that feels right for them.

Dominic is a Sports Therapist with experience across both clinical and sporting environments, supporting people through assessment, rehabilitation, hands-on treatment and one-to-one personal fitness training. His work includes sports massage, dry needling, taping, strength training, pitch-side support and tailored rehabilitation, with a strong focus on safe, effective recovery, improved fitness and return to activity.

He works with a wide range of muscle, tendon and movement-related injuries, helping patients understand what is causing their pain and what to do next. His approach combines clear assessment, progressive rehabilitation and practical treatment with structured exercise, supporting recovery, improved strength and long-term resilience.

Dominic has experience across the full recovery pathway, from early injury management through to return to sport, training and everyday activity. He has a particular interest in common sports injuries, training overload and the often unclear space between continuing to train and knowing when to pause. His clinical thinking reflects the importance of monitoring symptoms, strength, swelling, movement and confidence throughout rehabilitation.

His interest in sports therapy developed from a lifelong involvement in sport. Having grown up taking part in a wide range of activities, he developed a strong understanding of the physical demands of training and competition. This led him to pursue a career in sport-related healthcare, choosing sports therapy as the discipline that best aligned with his goal of helping people recover well, become stronger and return to doing what matters to them.

How Dominic can help Dominic supports patients with a range of sports injuries, movement-related problems and fitness goals. Sports therapy is commonly used to help with muscle strains, ligament sprains, tendon overload and injuries related to training or physical activity. Dominic also offers gait analysis for runners and is qualified in soft tissue massage and dry needling, with additional qualifications in triathlon coaching.

Alongside one-to-one sports therapy and rehabilitation, Dominic delivers fitness training, strength training, Life Fit classes and Men’s Pilates. These sessions are designed to help people improve strength, mobility, balance, control and confidence in a structured and supportive environment.

Dominic is particularly well placed to support people with sports injuries, recurring niggles, overload from training, reduced strength or confidence following injury and those working towards a safe return to activity. His approach also suits individuals looking for guidance around rehabilitation, recovery, load management, fitness and performance-related concerns.

How Dominic works Dominic takes a structured, assessment-led approach. He begins by understanding how the injury occurred, how symptoms are behaving, what the body can currently tolerate and what the individual wants to achieve. From there, he builds a progressive rehabilitation, strength or fitness plan tailored to the person.

Treatment may include hands-on therapy, sports massage, dry needling, taping, rehabilitation exercises, strength training and advice on training and activity levels. He focuses on creating a clear, realistic pathway forward, helping patients understand when to continue, when to modify and when to rest.

In classes and training sessions, Dominic provides clear instruction and appropriate progression, helping each person work at a suitable level while continuing to build strength, control and confidence.

His aim is not only to support recovery, but to reduce the risk of recurrence by addressing strength, movement patterns and load management.

What to expect At your first appointment, Dominic will carry out a detailed assessment, including discussion of your injury, symptoms, activity levels and goals. This is followed by a physical assessment and an initial plan for treatment, rehabilitation or training.

Sessions are tailored to the individual and may include hands-on treatment, exercise-based rehabilitation, strength training, taping and practical advice to support recovery and progress between appointments. Those attending Life Fit classes or Men’s Pilates can expect structured, supportive sessions focused on improving strength, mobility, balance and movement quality. Exercises can be adapted to suit different levels of experience and ability. Dominic’s approach is clear and collaborative, helping people understand their injury or training needs, know what to do next and feel confident progressing safely.

Tristram Davies, known as Tris, is a Sports Massage and Soft Tissue Therapist with a practical, hands-on approach to helping people feel better in their body and keep doing the things they enjoy.

Originally a trainee equestrian eventer, he developed a strong understanding of how the body responds to training, physical demand and repeated strain. He went on to complete advanced massage and soft tissue therapy training with the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage in London, undertaking a more in-depth course than many therapists, with extensive hands-on training, practical examinations and case study work.

As Amanda Marsh’s partner, Tris has long seen how physical therapy can improve people’s quality of life and has found the same through his own client work, using skilled soft tissue techniques to reduce tension, support posture, improve muscle elasticity and help people recover more comfortably.

He works with a wide range of clients, from sporty and highly active individuals to people dealing with everyday tightness, stress and muscular discomfort. He believes sports massage is for everyone, not just athletes, and always adapts treatment to the person in front of him.

How Tris can help Tris supports patients with a wide range of muscular tension, soft tissue discomfort and movement-related issues. Sports massage and soft tissue therapy are commonly used to help with neck and shoulder tension, desk-related tightness, training soreness, reduced flexibility and muscular discomfort linked to daily life or exercise.

He is particularly well placed to help people with postural tension, lower back tightness, shoulder or neck discomfort, lower leg tightness, and trigger points, fibromyalgia, DOMS and the general build-up of stress and tension in the body. His work also suits people looking for regular maintenance, support around training and recovery or treatment to help them feel looser, more comfortable and better supported physically.

Tris also offers hot stones treatment for those wanting a more soothing and calming experience. While sports massage is often the better fit for recovery, maintenance and tighter problem areas, hot stones can be an excellent option for stress, general tension and full-body relaxation.

How Tris works Tris takes an individual, responsive approach to treatment. He uses hands-on soft tissue techniques to help release tension, improve muscle length and elasticity, support posture and enhance comfort in movement.

His work is not just about treating what feels tight on the day. He also considers how the body is coping overall, helping clients recover well, maintain better tissue health and reduce the risk of problems building up over time.

A key part of his approach is comfort and consent. Pressure is always adapted to the individual and clients are encouraged to say if they would like less pressure, need an area avoided or want treatment adjusted in any way. He works with what feels appropriate, useful and manageable for that person on that day.

What to expect At your appointment, Tris will take time to understand what is bothering you, how your body has been feeling and what you would like from treatment. Sessions are tailored to the individual and may focus on specific areas or take a broader full-body approach, depending on your needs and preferences.

During treatment, dignity and comfort are always respected. Tris works using his hands and hands-on massage techniques, sometimes including passive stretching where appropriate. For sports massage, treatment is focused and practical, while hot stones sessions use heated basalt stones to encourage soothing release and relaxation.

After treatment, many people feel looser, calmer and more comfortable in their body. Some may feel a little tired or mildly sore, particularly if muscles were tight beforehand. Gentle hydration, easy movement and rest where needed are usually sensible afterwards.

Vix has worked in the fitness and movement industry for more than twenty years, building a career around her passion for helping people connect with their bodies through thoughtful, purposeful movement. Alongside her work at Marsh Physio Plus, she has an established Pilates, Yoga and Reformer practice in the Marlborough area through Rebalance with Vix.

Her movement background began while studying Performing Arts at King Alfred’s College in Winchester. Although she initially arrived through her love of singing, contemporary dance quickly became a major influence and led her towards a career in fitness. At 21, she trained as a Studio Exercise to Music Instructor and went on to teach a wide range of classes, from Salsa Aerobics and Step to Body Pump.

In 2005, Vix discovered Pilates and was immediately drawn to its combination of precision, control and breathwork. Its principles reflected much of what she had already experienced through both dance and singing, and Pilates gradually became the central focus of her teaching. After the birth of her first son in 2014, she moved away from higher-energy aerobics and increasingly concentrated on Mind & Body exercise.

How Vix can help

At Marsh Physio Plus, Vix teaches Reformer Pilates, using the reformer to create controlled, resistance-based movement that can help develop strength, stability, mobility and body awareness.

Her extensive background across Pilates, Yoga, dance and fitness gives her a broad understanding of movement and allows her to support clients with different levels of experience and different physical goals.

How Vix works

Vix’s teaching combines the precision and control of Pilates with a strong emphasis on breathing, movement quality and awareness of the body. She encourages clients to understand what they are doing rather than simply move through a series of exercises.

Her approach is supportive and mindful, helping clients develop their movement progressively while building confidence in what their bodies can do.

What to expect

Vix delivers Reformer Pilates classes at Marsh Physio Plus, using the reformer’s spring resistance and adjustable settings to create a varied and controlled movement session.

Her classes are designed to help clients build strength, mobility and confidence while maintaining the mindful approach to movement that has become central to her teaching.

Kerryn is a Soft Tissue Therapist and Sports Massage practitioner who supports active individuals and everyday clients through hands-on treatment, recovery work and movement-focused care. Her work includes cupping therapy, which uses gentle suction to help ease muscular tension, encourage circulation and support recovery. Her approach centres on helping people reduce discomfort, improve mobility and manage the physical demands of sport, work and daily life.

She trained in Sports Massage at the Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage, where her ambition to specialise in soft tissue therapy first developed. Since then, she has built a strong foundation of practical skills and clinical understanding, continuing to refine her approach through experience and ongoing professional development.

Originally from New Zealand, Kerryn spent more than a decade working in elite equestrian sport after moving to the UK. She worked as a manager and travelling groom for top New Zealand eventing riders, gaining first-hand experience of high-performance environments, including three Olympic Games. This background gives her a strong understanding of the physical demands placed on the body and the importance of maintaining movement, recovery and resilience.

Kerryn’s approach is grounded and realistic, shaped by both her clinical training and her experience within performance sport. Her focus is on helping people move well, perform comfortably and stay active over the long term.

How Kerryn can help Kerryn supports patients with a wide range of muscular and movement-related issues. Soft tissue therapy and sports massage are commonly used to help with muscle tightness, post-exercise soreness, tension linked to posture and discomfort arising from repetitive activity.

She is particularly well suited to working with active individuals, those returning to exercise and people managing the physical strain of desk-based work or daily life. This includes support for restricted movement, ongoing muscular tension, recovery between training sessions, early-stage niggles and general maintenance.

Her work also benefits those who are increasing activity levels and finding that new aches or tightness are limiting progress, as well as individuals looking to stay mobile, comfortable and injury-aware.

How Kerryn works Kerryn takes a hands-on, individualised approach, adapting each session to the needs of the person in front of her. She considers not only where discomfort is felt, but how movement patterns, training load and daily habits may be contributing.

Treatment may include targeted soft tissue work, broader massage techniques and practical guidance around movement, recovery and activity levels. Pressure and technique are always adjusted to suit the individual, with the aim of achieving effective treatment without unnecessary discomfort.

Her focus is on improving movement quality, reducing tension and supporting recovery, while helping clients better understand how to look after their bodies between sessions.

What to expect At your first appointment, Kerryn will take time to understand your lifestyle, activity levels and any areas of concern. This is followed by an assessment of movement and muscle tension, allowing treatment to be tailored to your needs.

Sessions may focus on specific areas or take a more general approach depending on your goals. Some discomfort during treatment can be normal, but this is always kept within a manageable level and adapted to suit you.

After treatment, it is common to feel looser, more mobile and sometimes slightly sore or tired, similar to the feeling after exercise. These effects typically settle within 24 to 72 hours.

Kerryn’s approach is calm, practical and responsive, helping clients feel at ease while supporting them to move and function more comfortably.

Kaye is a Specialist Neuro Physiotherapist who supports people living with neurological conditions to improve movement, balance, confidence and independence. She works with people after stroke, with Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis, brain injury and other neurological conditions, as well as older adults experiencing falls, reduced mobility or loss of confidence after illness or hospitalisation.

She works with adults whose movement, balance or independence has been affected by a neurological condition, diagnosis or significant change in confidence. Kaye understands that neurological rehabilitation is rarely a straight line. There may be recognised stages and useful patterns, but every person’s experience, goals and rate of progress are different.

Her approach is centred on helping people feel safe, understood and well supported while working towards meaningful goals. For one person that may mean walking more confidently indoors. For another it may mean getting up from a chair more easily, managing stairs, rebuilding confidence after a fall or returning to swimming or exercise. Kaye takes the time to understand the whole picture and to build a rehabilitation plan around the person, not just the diagnosis.

She supports people who are newly diagnosed and trying to understand what lies ahead, as well as those who have been living with a condition for many years and want to maintain or improve their current level of function. She also works with family members and carers where this is helpful, recognising that neurological rehabilitation often works best when the wider support system feels informed and involved.

Kaye is also experienced in aquatic therapy and may incorporate this into treatment where appropriate.

How Kaye can help Kaye supports people with a wide range of neurological and mobility-related difficulties. Neurological physiotherapy is commonly used to help people after stroke, with Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis, brain injury and other long-term neurological conditions affecting movement, balance and independence.

She is particularly well placed to support people experiencing reduced mobility, weakness, altered coordination, falls, fear of falling, fatigue, stiffness, spasticity and reduced confidence with walking, stairs, transfers or day-to-day activities. Her work also suits older adults whose mobility or confidence has declined following illness, deconditioning or a hospital stay.

Typical goals may include walking more safely and confidently, improving balance and coordination, managing stairs more easily, getting in and out of bed, chairs or the car with less effort, reducing falls or fear of falling, managing fatigue more effectively and returning to exercise, swimming or other meaningful activities.

How Kaye works Kaye’s work is grounded in specialist neurological physiotherapy, with treatment tailored to the individual’s needs, abilities and goals. She begins by understanding how movement, balance, strength, function and confidence are currently being affected, then shapes rehabilitation around what matters most to the person.

Treatment may include gait re-education, balance work, transfer practice, strength and mobility work, fatigue management, movement retraining and tailored functional rehabilitation. She understands that progress is not only physical. Many people also need reassurance, clear explanation and support to rebuild trust in their body as well as strength.

Her approach is realistic, calm and encouraging, helping people work at the right pace for them. Some may benefit from regular sessions over a block of time, while others may need wider review intervals with a home programme and clear guidance between appointments. Where appropriate, aquatic therapy may also form part of the rehabilitation process.

What to expect At your first appointment, Kaye will take time to understand your current difficulties, any diagnosis or medical input you have already had and what you would most like help with. She will assess how you are moving, how you are managing day to day and what may be contributing to difficulties with balance, mobility, fatigue, confidence or function.

From there, she will talk you through her findings and agree a plan with you. This may include guided movement practice, rehabilitation exercises, falls advice, pacing strategies, functional work or a home programme to support progress between sessions.

Sessions are always tailored to the individual. Family members or carers can be involved where this is helpful and with your consent. Kaye’s aim is to help you feel safe, informed and supported while making progress that is realistic and meaningful.

Kathryn is an experienced McTimoney Chiropractor with more than 20 years in private practice, offering whole-body care for patients of all ages. She supports a remarkably wide range of people, from babies just days old through to older adults in their nineties, with treatment focused on restoring movement, reducing pain and maintaining healthy function through every stage of life.

Her work is broad and general in scope, while also drawing on extensive experience in sports and performance care, including work with swimmers and military personnel. She offers McTimoney chiropractic, but that is only one part of her work. Through years of ongoing professional development and hands-on clinical experience, Kathryn uses a range of chiropractic techniques and selects the most appropriate approach for each individual.

Her focus is not simply on symptoms in isolation, but on the wider causes of discomfort, restriction or imbalance in the body. Kathryn is passionate about helping people move more freely and function more comfortably, whether they are managing a recent issue, a recurring problem or the physical demands of sport, work or everyday life.

How Kathryn can help Kathryn supports patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal aches, pains and movement issues. Chiropractic is commonly used to help with back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, elbow pain and some joint or muscle pain, including pain linked to osteoarthritis.

She is particularly well placed to support people looking for help with posture, stiffness, reduced mobility, recurring tension, sports-related strain and general biomechanical problems affecting comfort and movement. Her whole-person style makes her a good fit for patients who want care that looks beyond the immediate area of pain and considers how the body is functioning more broadly.

How Kathryn works Kathryn takes a personalised and whole-body approach. She listens carefully, assesses thoroughly and uses a combination of techniques according to what is most suitable for the person in front of her. While some people associate chiropractic only with cracking or forceful adjustment, Kathryn’s approach is broader than that, with gentler techniques used where appropriate and all treatment tailored to the individual.

Her treatment may include chiropractic adjustments alongside soft tissue and neuromuscular techniques, with the aim of easing pain, improving movement and supporting the body’s normal function. She works to identify the underlying drivers of a problem where possible, helping patients move beyond short-term symptom relief towards better overall function.

What to expect At your first appointment, Kathryn will take time to understand your symptoms, relevant health history and lifestyle factors before carrying out a physical assessment. The initial consultation allows time for a detailed discussion, examination and treatment planning, helping you understand what may be contributing to your problem and how chiropractic care may help.

Patients can expect a thoughtful, tailored approach rather than a one-size-fits-all treatment. Kathryn works with people across the age range and adapts her techniques according to need, comfort and presentation. Her focus is on helping people feel at ease, informed and confident about their care.

Honor joined the team in 2026 and now primarily works as a Reformer Pilates Instructor, delivering courses for small groups of up to four people. You may also see her helping on reception or planning social media videos with Amanda.

Her connection with the clinic began as a patient, following bilateral ACL injuries sustained while attempting pirouettes on skis, a moment she describes as rather less graceful on a mountain. Going through bilateral ACL reconstruction gave her a strong appreciation of both the physical and emotional journey involved in rebuilding strength, alignment and confidence.

She credits Amanda’s patience and encouragement as an important part of her recovery. Reformer Pilates also played a significant role in helping her restore strength and balance, inspiring Honor to train as a Reformer Pilates Instructor herself.

Honor trained as a dancer at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, graduating in 2024 with a BA (Hons) in Contemporary Dance. During her training, she was introduced to Pilates as both a conditioning and rehabilitation tool, which sparked her interest in movement, strength and injury recovery.

She is APPI trained in Matwork Fundamentals and Reformer Pilates Levels 1, 2 and 3, and brings a strong understanding of alignment, control and technique to her teaching. Her background in dance informs her approach, with a focus on building strength, improving movement quality and supporting individual goals. Honor’s small-group Reformer courses allow her to offer close attention and individual guidance while creating a friendly, motivating environment. She is particularly passionate about more advanced, athletic Pilates and enjoys helping clients progress beyond what they think they are capable of, always in a supportive and controlled way.

Alongside teaching Pilates, Honor continues to work within the dance industry across commercial and performance projects.
